Hi there,

I arranged for the delivery of a new hub to replace my outdated one and requested an engineer installation, it's listed on the confirmation email as having a cost of £30. The hub was just delivered now by yodel but there've been no emails or calls etc to say when the engineer will arrive, can someone help please?

Replacement of an old model Hub with a Hub 3 is free, they shouldn't have charged you for it. It's very simple to replace the Hub - you just swap over the connections, plug in the power supply and make a phone call to the number in the package.

The normal charge for a non-fault callout is £99.
