I've recently had an email from Virgin Media stating I need to arrange a switchover to fibre for my telephone line. I rang 150, and after 45 minutes was told I needed an engineer appointment to replace my old Superhub. The woman said she'd booked an engineer appointment for the 28th March 1pm to 6pm. The thing is I've had no subsequent email, text and it doesn't show on the Virgin Media app in the Orders and Appointments.
