Sorry, but this is not place to ask this question. The VM staff will not get to this post for days and they are the only ones who might be able to help. The Forum is really not the place for quick staff answers. It never has been. You are best advised to phone VM and see what is happening. Appreciate your frustration.

If we call customer service we will be on hold for 45minutes or longer and be charged god knows how much. We are posting these questions here because the customer service is so dreadful we are trying any avenue to get somewhere.
Other people have had a response to this question which is why myself and this other person asked it on this forum.
