Engineer Damages

Hi, We recently had out virgin media package installed, and have had a cracked led strip on the tv ever since the engineer lent over the tv to install the HDMI instead on moving the tv. We have tried to contact via phone on multiple occasions and keep getting cut off once reaching the correct department.

I want this resolving ASAP.

Is the image affected when watching something on the TV?
