Email Confirmation

Hello. 

I recently had to set up a new virgin media account as I have a new account and was unable to use my old account due to being part of a new contract.

I therefore made a new username and password however when I requested for the email confirmation to be sent to it, it still hasn’t arrived and it has been over two weeks now. 

I was jut wondering what I could do as I’ve already rang three times to try and get this sorted and no solution has been found.
