Dropping in the Evening only

My cable Internet keeps dropping.

It's a recent thing but happens a lot in the evenings.

I've tried turning it off and on again.

Went to 192.168.0.1, which said there was a problem and to "click me". Did that and managed to get into the router.

Performed an in depth test, which first said there were no problems, then it said the router looks like it was off (it wasn't) 

Network stats show this:
