Having a tarmac driveway laid and virgin wires were buried under the dirt. Builder said they obv cant go under tarmac or they will melt. if the plastic virgin thing on pavement is moved up slightly this would be fine but as it is they are exposed on top of tarmac. This unfortunately is mine and my neighbours wires. It is obviously very unsafe. Can anything be done about this as i cant have wires exposed
