Re: Downstream power levels high?

post the screen grab - if its hub3

log into hub - 192.168.0.1 [or 192.168.100.1 if in modem mode] - DON'T SIGN IN, click - click router status [centre of screen] - and post the downstream and upstream figures - to see those press on the grey buttons/boxes labeled - upstream - downstream

other hubs are similar - not sure why someone wants a BQM graph - that will not give power levels

Re: Downstream power levels high?

Those levels are way too high.  Should be roughly between -6 and +10  An engineer visit will be needed to sort this out

I was expecting more packet loss...

Re: Downstream power levels high?

That's what I was thinking, but Heather said everything looks fine.

Re: Downstream power levels high?

@ModTeam - Heather_J has been in the thread and commented that all looks good so something seems odd - the downstream figures above are certainly wrong - can you pass the comment on to her - thanks

Re: Downstream power levels high?

I don't get a lot of packet loss often, the latency isn't the best but better then it was a couple weeks ago.

Re: Downstream power levels high?

Hi Hascam,

Sincere apologies! I don't know what happened earlier with the line test - I might have been looking at the wrong account, really sorry for that! Thanks Tony for pointing this out, much appreciated.

Your power levels are out, I'll reply to the PM you sent me to arrange for an engineer to visit.

Speak with you soon,

Take care.
