Downstream Power Level High

Could a maybe of forum team have a look at power levels on my connection, last post i done was ignored, i don't like ringing in as you normally end up with someone who don't know what they are doing.. I've had the connection go down a few times, it's been around 10db for a month but jumped high the last few days..

Downstream power levels are way too high. You need a technician visit to rectify. Phone customer services.

Can't sign up with BQM won't let me for some reason, but i do have a f8lure one! not seeing packet loss or any issue gaming,

This board is NOT a fault report system. You need to call customer services. VM staff will get to your post, but it can take many days.

Well i rang them and spoke to 6 people including leaving team, last one finally know what they were looking at and needed someone to come out to fix it.
