Hello
I've had Virgin Media for very soon to be a year, and now suddenly the past weeks there has been some major issues with disconnections to the internet and the router strangely acting up. I had very similar problems when I first got my Virgin Box a year ago and those problems got thankfully fixed. Sometimes restarting the router fixes the problems but it is only for a short while. Would I please be able to have some help with this?

Despite the best effort of the technicians that came by, the internet is still broken and disconnects several times a day.
Last technician suggested that all the internet cables in the area might need to be replaced, but it would take a long time so I would like to avoid that.
Could there be any other solutions?

If the technician has completed the checks at the property and suggested that the cables may need reporting to the Networking team, this would be the next step to help resolve this.
Did the technician provide further information on the next steps and if they are proceeding with reporting this?

The technician didn't mention any further steps, and he was against the idea of checking up the cables and replacing them, so I doubt he has reported this any further.
