Can anyone help. I have been incorrectly disconnected from my broadband TV and phone without my knowledge. I am trying to work out how to reactivate the service as soon as possible. All my bills are up-to-date and it is not something I have requested so a bit worried as to how it happened.

In addition to getting reconnected, if this is VM's error you may wish to raise a formal complaint requesting compensation for the inconvenience and distress. I'd wait for the reconnection to be sorted before raising a formal complaint, because they are handled very slowly.
