Hello there, I just received my Virginia kit today and then I realized that the socket from my wall is from BT because the agent from the new flat told me it has Virginia socket but apparently he gave me the wrong information. I suppose it doesn't work at all giving the fact I tried to make it work for 3 hours.
If you have a Virgin Media socket it will have the Virgin Media logo or that of a predecessor company such as Telewest of NTL. If the socket is missing call VM who will send round a technician at no cost to sort this out.
