Didn’t receive welcome email

Hi,

I placed an order a week ago for Virgin Media but have yet to receive a welcome email or confirmation of delivery date. I can’t find a number to call and I don’t have an account number or area reference so can’t progress anything on your website. 

Please could someone help asap? There are strikes all of next week so I will need functioning internet to work from home.
