Deterioration in speed

I should be getting 350 down, and have done for a while. Recently my speed varies between 200 and 20 down. I suspect something is wrong. Any ideas?

Re: Deterioration in speed

Your upstream is running hot and needs to be looked at by VM.

It would be worth giving the coax cable from the Hub to the cable entry point a quick once over, checking for obvious signs of damage and all connectors are hand tight.

You will need to contact VM for resolution, either by waiting here about a week until a VM Forum Team Member picks up the thread, or give them a call on 150 from a VM line or 0345 454 1111 for a quicker response

Re: Deterioration in speed

Hi pwhitfie,

Thanks for posting, I'm sorry to hear of the broadband issues.

I'll send you a quick PM as I've done some background checks and the power levels are higher than they should be and we need a tech visit.

Kind regards,
