Ordered 24/3. Due 27/3 then changed (by VM) to 30/3. VM rang at 11am 30/3 to confirm kit definitely arriving that day, but he would contact customer services to see what time-ish. Never heard another word from him, despite texting and calling (just get voicemail). Tried chat, just on hold til chat goes off at 9pm. Rang, 1/4 on hold for an hour then v nice assistant tells me that kit will def arrive just don't know when. I am a key worker and having to work from home as in vulnerable category. Can someone let me know when my kit will arrive?? Thank you.
Hi,I’m guessing you have not got a tracking number,it might be worth logging on to your account,there should be some notes on there with a tracking number for you to track the equipment,it’s normally dpd or hermes I believe,I hope this helps.
