Delivery delay but no one inform

I am new registered in boardband service. Originally I made an appointment to collect the self install kits last day. However, I still can’t get any parcel or delay message from Virgin media until this moment.

Apart from the kit set. I've signed up and been using the broadband at my house, but never got a welcome email with an account code so I can't register a virgin account to track my delivery as well.
