Hi Virgin,
Looking for some assistance with a delivery.
I received an email asking if i’d like a upgraded hub, i followed the process through and was expecting the delivery.
It never showed up and I never chased it up.
Virgin are now asking me to return the hub that I haven’t received/activated.
I have tried going through customer services online and phone assistance but am unable to find or speak to the appropriate person.
Any help would greatly appreciated
