Delaying broadband delivery

I am moving to a new property in 2 weeks and I have signed up for Virgin Media broadband and TV, but the problem is that it is due to be delivered on the 18th and I won’t be moving in until the 27th and don’t have access until then, so is it possible to change the address of delay the delivery until then? I have tried calling but they’re asking for a landline or customer number which I don’t have yet.

Apologies for not being able to change the delivery address as of yet.

 

Going off todays date it may be too late to change it now as the equipment may already be with the courier but I'll check this for you.

 

I'm going to send you a PM to take some details.
