Delayed install

I was meant to have my service installed on 15th May but due to an issue with the something outside my property the install was cancelled the night before. I’ve called a few times and just get told it’ll be two weeks each time. My last call on Friday I was promised a call back but didn’t get one

Just here to see if any support team can assist with any information on this?

Read through some of the many 'delayed installation' topics on here and you will get an idea of how VM behaves in this sort of situation.

Start keeping detailed notes on all of VM's failures to install (dates, times, messages emails etc.) to ensure you get paid the correct compensation due for the delay

You can try the pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 who are supposed to know what is going on. Most reports on here though suggest they are generally clueless and can do nothing more than read out the date shown on the screen in front of them (without being able to change or influence anything).

We're very sorry to hear your installation has been delayed, we can fully appreciate any upset caused by this. I'm afraid we wouldn't have the details on why this has been rescheduled from here, but we can assure you we wouldn't cause any delays unless they were necessary. 

Once any necessary works are completed, your installation will then be booked in for the first available date. 
If you make contact with our pre-installation team on 0800 052 1734, they'll be able to investigate and assist you further. We hope that we're able to get you installed ASAP. 

If you'd like us to raise a formal complaint for you, please let us know and we'll send you a private message. 

This will be assigned to our installation complaints team who will then be in touch.
