Delayed Install for NHS worker

Our broadband was set for install on Monday (4th May) but just been emailed to say it's moved to 19th May.

 

My partner is an NHS worker currently working at home and needs broadband to be able to work.

 

Any assistance would be appreciated.

We've now had a crew out to complete external work but still need a better date for the Virgin engineer - please can someone help?
