Builders have accidentally ripped out the cable from the junction box in my garage. The fitting on the end of the cable is broke. I'm desperate to get this fixed and I've logged a call with engineer due Friday with a promise to try earlier. My son is physically disabled and depends on the Internet for so many things like controlling his TV and other devices never mind TV and xbox which is his life. Any ideas how I can expedite a repair? Thx in advance
Ok, an update. Engineer attended this morning and fixed. He also gave our indoor cables an inspection and replaced lots of old connectors and splitters etc. Great engineer and service. Well done viginmedia.
