We have a damaged cable in the garden as it was placed too close to the surface, we now have no services.
we have tried ringing the main number but there’s no way of speaking to anyone and it keeps trying to do a device check.
please can someone get back to us ASAP?

Quickest way is to phone, go to faults, say no service. This board is not the primary fault reporting system.
Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
