The dog has damaged the internal cables and I fear it’s a matter of time before I lose all Virgin Media connectivity. This would obviously be a disaster whilst working from home. Can you help please?! Many thanks.

Yes - the engineer is coming round next week, about a week after I flagged the issue.
I’ll provide an update of the work that gets done when it’s complete.

The engineer came and was able to replace part of the cable that was damaged, wasn't too much of a big deal. Cost £20 or so which seemed fair as the issue was created by myself (or more specifically the dog...)
