Damaged Cable Repair

Hi all, 

I have a damaged external (fibre) cable. It was buried where we weren't expecting and the outer sheath is damaged. The fibre itself is fine and we have (intermittent) connection. 

How can I go about requesting a fix?

You can report service faults using the standard C/S number.
