Can some one tell me how to track conversation with virgin media customer care..because they told me one deal and entered in their system another deal..now they telling no evidence..I feel like cheated..thanks for ur help
It’s up to you. It’s always best to record any conversations with VM about your package, saves any arguments afterwards. You should also for legal reasons advise them that the conversation is being recorded.

VM record all calls (and supposedly in-store data) If you ask for a record of all data that VM hold on you, including voice data, they'll send you it on a disk.

I do believe the wording on the automated message says that calls "may" be recorded, its not guaranteed, you're still better off doing it yourself and informing them that its being recorded in order to comply with the GDPR 😛
