Hi,
Have been having issues with WiFi dropping out on a frequent basis. Having logged in to the route I’ve noticed there is a lot of the following messages appearing in the network log happening multiple times per hour.

I am sorry to see that you have been having some internet issues recently.
I can see from your account that you may need an engineer, but before this can you try doing a pinhole reset for me? Let me know how this goes.
