Could someone check my router stats?

Hi,

I'm getting pre and post errors, and the occasional drop out of the connection. I rely upon the connection for a lot of phone call (WiFi calling, Skype) and have been getting break ups recently. Running a pretty extensive wifi setup here, in technology as a career. Router is in modem mode.

Could someone take a look and see if everything is OK? Wondering about upload power being at 51 (the limit?)

Downstream is fine. 

Upstream has maxed out levels and needs an engineer visit to correct. They should investigate the high noise levels at the same time.

Thanks, but I thought I would try here - rather than call up and go through loads of diagnostic scripts regarding wifi.

I'll give it another day or so and see if a VM rep sees.
