Can some one help before I loose all hope had virgin for 3 months it constantly is dropping where it makes nothing work properly I've had enginer out 3 times still keeps happening  I have to post this using 4g  when they put it in they said they were going to use the old telewest cable which they said was brittle but working could this cause my problem or is their anyone who could look at my modem details I'm not very tech but I need internet .cctv dosent work because of this sons gaming is no good and tv keeps going off  they put the telewest cable in nearly 30 years ago and it's so brittle they had to take out the box in the garden and join outside and wrap in tape because it kept breaking off any suggestions would be great thanx

Let's check the basics and go from there...

1: Let's get all your modem stats.. Goto to http://192.168.0.1 (or http://192.168.100.1 - if in modem mode) but don't log in. Click on "router status", and copy & paste the data from each of the tabs.

2: If you haven't already, please setup a Broadband Quality Monitor and post a link to your live graph. It monitors your connection 24/7 and provides excellent diagnosis of any underlying issues.

Hi I've been trying the problem I've got is my computer wont work properly because the internet is so bad so I've been trying to  email results to my phone then paste but it's not working I'll see what  I can do thanx
