Contacting installation team

I’m trying to contact the installation team , the installation of my virgin media was abandoned by the engineer as they could not get a cable from the router to the side of the room with the tv. They left all the boxes and cables and since then I have had abducted instal of cable. My problem is that there is no option on the website to contact the UK installation team to return to finish the job.
