Contacting Virgin

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get ahold of Virgin Media to get an engineer in to solve a set up issue? I have been calling everyday for a week and am either on hold for over an hour or when I get a hold the call drops, I filed a complaint but still haven’t heard anything. Desperate for WiFi

This is a long shot but here's some "out of the box thinking"

Buy a telephone, pick it up. Dial 0345 454 1111 and follow the voice.

Radical for 2020 I know - but..

If you have filed a complaint then expect to wait upto 28 days for a reply, as per the complaints policy.
