Hi just checking in to see if theres any update, as it's been 2 weeks and no contact from anyone Is this due to it being of no rush as i was only having the broadband ? Do you think if i ring up and upgrade my order ie add the phone and tv it may help as i have no clue what to do anymore.
Sorry for the late reply , it was sorted at the end of March within a week. Thank you for pushing it for me as it wasn't as bad as originally thought it seems. Once the area manager got involved it was handled brilliantly .
