Thanks for posting back on here and sorry this has happened to you. I can only imagine the frustration caused and can appreciate this is causing some inconvenience to you.
Did the text state the given reason for the construction work, if not I can have a look into your account but will need to pop you over a PM.
I can appreciate this isn't ideal, but our team do need to carry out as much checks as possible to ensure the installation runs smoothly without any faults.
Permissions and permits can also take a while, which if external work needs to be carried out, permissions would also need to be accepted.
