I just swapped out my old modem and router for a new Hub 3 provided by VM.
I can connect to it but then none of my devices can connect to the internet. This is the same across all devices, whether desktop or mobile.
Appreciate any help. Have tried going into the settings page but can’t seem to fix this
Did you call the number in box to activate it?, also can you get back online using the other hub

Thanks, there was no number I’m aware of but gonna call support today.
This is in Ireland btw so may be different.
Hub was sent as an in requested upgrade from VM and they said all I’d have to do is swap out old modem and router for Hub 3.
Thankfully old modem/router still working
Thank you, managed to get this resolved with tech support (tho was never advised to call to activate, just a direct swap to plug and play)
