Connection is pants

All day the internet connection has gone on and off more off than anything.

I've reset. Turned it off everything it says to help but nothing .

I check the status in area and it says it's good when it's clearly not cos I'm using up my data on phone to connect to post this

If there’s no area problem shown on Service Status, either the fault is individual to you or an area fault that hasn’t been called yet because not enough customers have reported the fault.

In either case, you need to call in.

So I've been on the phone the last half hour only to do what I've been doing all day and still no connection so the guy says oh someone will ring u 7pm tomorrow to help u .No I don't think so 24 hours from now I would of chucked the hub out the window but still no further forward

Go into your hub on 192.168.0.1 and post your up/down stream stats and network log. 


There are 10 types of people: those who understand binary and those who don't and F people out of 10 who do not understand hexadecimal

i cant clear a voice message says not registered on network. Tried rebooting and Virgin help but cant connect
