Can anyone from Virgin assist with checking my house for connection availability. If I put in a Neighbour’s post code it says available but not my own. The cabling infrastructure goes across the front of the path outside my house and a box is a few houses down.

I did, they were looking into getting me connected. Then everything stopped. I’m still interested and my road was cabled a couple of years ago.
