I signed up for virgin media about a week ago. For the first few days, no issues. But for the last 48 hours (the weekend) it's been unusable. Connection drops several times an hour, sometimes for 5 minutes or more. Streaming is impossible. I've tried the usual stuff, checked the cables, reset the router many times. The logs are below and the brief think broadband check I've done shows about 45 percent dropped packets. I don't know what any of this means but based on other forum posts I'm assuming it's an area issue. Any way of knowing on here if there's an area issue? The diagnostic thing says nothing. Any help much appreciated, I'm still in the cooling off period and not impressed so far!
