I saw that VM is used in the area I tenant. I made a new contract with VM. Unfortunately, there is no VM connect point at home. I received Internet Hub 3. Sorry, I can't find a solution. We cannot find a solution from the VM chat. I think I can cancel the contract early.

if you were offered a kickstart then the house has had vm services in the past. Is there a brown box on the outside wall? if so can you see where the vm coax enters the house

Yeah, set up should an engineer, but I can't find a channel to make a reservation. Also, I see that they do not comply with the reservation times.

That is BT wiring. VM have their own network & ducts in the street, so use nothing of BTs. You are looking for something like this, although it may be grey, square or with a rounded top, & have another cable companies name on it.
