Got a new V6 box but no new hub. Used my old modem as I can't get through at all to virgin on phone.
All I'm getting is a start up screen and message saying network error S313.,
I do what it tells me but keep getting same message all day.
Can anyone advise?

I don't think this is a broadband error.
Because you have swapped the TV box over it will probably need activating. The activation number is 0800 953 9500.
You will need the serial number of the box, and also your account number and your area number.
