Hi, so I have recently received my broadband and tv package. I can’t connect my hub to the internet and I’ve gone through all the Instructions. The line at the bottom is flashing green.
above is my socket. It’s a old one and I’m just wondering if this is the problem? I’ve attached the cable to the left hand side and it attached fine but no luck with the connection on the hub? Please help

Re: Connecting to socket

Have you tried the right hand F socket? Only one of them would work, the other in this old type of setup is for FM, the sockets are usually labelled.

Re: Connecting to socket

If there is no other visible connection, you will need to book an engineer installation.
