Connecting new 360 box

Hi, I've just got my brand new 360 box have gone to setb it up but getting error cs2004, it's a connection issue. Problem is my hub 3. 0 and where virgin enters the house is in my front room, my TV and whee I want to connect 360 box is in a different room, I used to have a sky cable run into the TV room can I use this candle to plug in my 360 box? I don't really want to have a coax cable run all the way from front room to middle. Thanks for any help

All Virgin Media TV set top boxes, including TV 360, MUST have a co-ax connection.

No co-ax connection, no TV.

Your Sky cable is not appropriate. You will need to get Virgin Media to install a co-ax connection in the room you want TV.
