Connecting Printer to Hub

I’m trying to connect my HP printer to my WiFi but I can’t seem to find the required information?

I’ve got two options…

The PIN from the router label (8 digits)

or

The Network Security key

I can’t seem to find either of these on the hub?

Can anyone help please?

I guess the ‘network security key’ is the WiFi password.

Thanks for the reply, I’ve tried that and it doesn’t recognise it 😤

I’ve tried all the numbers but to no avail, I was hoping someone might have had a similar issue and point me in the right direction.

Have you connected any other wireless devices?

It will be the same password/key you used.

If it doesn't work then there could be a compatibility issue.

My laptop, tablet and phones are fine, maybe it’s a problem with the printer then 🤷🏼‍♀️

Depending on the model of printer it may not work very well with the 2.4 and 5Ghz bands as on network name (SSID).

There are several threads on here regarding splitting the bands that can sometimes help.
