Connecting Hub

I have just received our brand new Virgin Broadband Hub and it cannot be connected to the existing virgin wall box we have. I believe I may have to get an engineer to come out and fit the correct box but cannot get through to do this. Can anyone on here advise on how I can get this sorted? Thanks
