Hi,

I ordered the Hub 3 QuickStart option, however the circular cable has no entry point on my VM wall socket. It is a white box with what looks like a USB/Ethernet type entry point with a cover over it.

Do I need some sort of adapter to connect?

That's just a phone line. What's the connection next to that box?

VM do not use a conventional phone line for thier broadband connection.
