I just got a new virgin media broadband. After plugging it to connect, it keeps on telling me that its connected without Internet. I have called customer service several times but no reply.
Kindly assist me with this issue.

Hub is probably not activated, call Equipment activation on 0800 953 9500

May I ask what colour light is appearing on the Virgin Media hub?
Has the issue been resolved since? Is the hub activated?
