I have just moved out i received new equipment to connect to hub but its still saying connected with no Internet
I can't get on my virgin media because its still saying installation needs completing but i have done everything it said on book guide
Can someone help me please
The equipment is usually pre-activated.
Call the equipment activation number on 0800 953 9500 (option 3) – you will need the serial numbers off the barcode stickers and also your account number - and see if they can connect you
