I’ve had a new hub3 installed today to replace a faulty one
i use the VM app but cannot connect the new hub to the app
Everything is working fine just can’t use the app now

If you're on Android have you tried clearing the data for the app. You can go into Settings>apps look for the Connect app and there should be options to clear data. This will make the app start from fresh and this might let you find the new hub.

Delete app,and reinstall, it’s easy and should fix the problem as it will lose all cached data for the app.

Hi @drewdelu thanks for posting and welcome to our community.
Have you followed the advice from Tudor? This should, as suggested resolve the issue with being able to link your new hub to the connect app. It is highly likely it was connected to your former hub.
