Connect app won't connect to Hub 3

I am new to virgin media broadband not been a great start and not getting much better. Had my broadband installed yesterday 25/10/21. Read the info given to me by engineer downloaded the connect app but it wont connect to my Hub. Have reset the Reset the Hub Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app Have restarted my phone Yet still wont connect 😕 Any ideas any one? Useing samsung S21 ultra

Sorry to hear you're having some issues connecting your hub to the app. 

 

Can you confirm if you have another device to test the app on? Is the phone's software up to date?
