Connect app not finding hub 5x

Help the connect app will not connect to hub 5x to do speed test but I have full access to Internet 

Had new hub installed a week again does virgin need to connect the app to new hub or should the app do it automatically

The VM Hub  Realspeed test can also be run in a web browser.
I prefer this as the Connect app gives me Latency and Jitter results that are 1000x and almost 200x reality.

Once the test begins click on: Run full test to see all the stats.

The speed at the Hub should reflect your subscription.
The speed any WiFi device draws data at is limited by its data needs and technical abilities.
