I was in contact with virgin media around 2 weeks ago to end my contact with them as I'm moving to an area that doesn't have virgin media. I did this over the text chat. I've since been sent a text and email regarding the return of the hub and equipment. I haven't received anything regarding the end of contract bill or date. I want to know how I can find this out or if I can get a transcript of the text chat that contains these details
