Configuring network settings

Received a self installation kit today, WiFi is working perfectly but since 11:15 this morning my tv has been stuck on the startup checklist, it will not go past the ‘configuring network settings’ part and has a red clock next to it. Does anyone know how to sort this out? I’ve spoke to virgin who are sending an engineer out tomorrow but if it’s a quick fix I will cancel

nope no quick fix for that fault.. only thing can do is check all cable finger tight at all points.
